When you receive your journal, make sure to scan the QR code at the beginning of your journal or visit www.sacredhivestudio.com/studiolo to set up your account and get access to tutorials.

In your account, you will find a link to your digital calendar. The digital calendar has all of the New & Full moon dates preloaded every month so you will receive automatic reminders when each moon has arrived — reminding you to sit with your journal and reflect on the moon’s themes.

The first sections in your journal that you can complete as you wait for the next New or Full Moon. to arrive are:
1. My Birth Chart - follow the instructions in your account for a more detailed tutorial on how to pull your birth chart and incorporate into your journal.
2. Year Ahead - you can take a moment to map out your vision for the remaining year ahead.When you’re

Every month there is typically 1 New Moon and 1 Full Moon (sometimes there are exceptions).
When you receive your calendar reminder that the New or Full Moon has arrived, open your journal and use the information at the top of the intro page to find the Sign and Degree the moon is in.
From here, you will be able to reference your birth chart pages at the beginning of the book to see which house in your birth chart the moon is sitting in and will be activating. You can then look at the house descriptions to understand what themes are coming up for you this moon.
