THE INSPIRATION
For millennia, humans across geographies and cultures, have looked up to the night sky to help us make sense of this universe and our place in it.
Of all the celestial bodies, the moon has been one of our most personal and constant guides; a luminary the ancients used to track time and the sacred rhythms of nature; observing the moon as she journeys through her brightest moment in the sky, and her darkest.
The moon serves as a cosmic clock that helps us to know when it’s time to rest and reap, or act and sow. When we track the moon’s movement in our birth chart through Astrology, we learn how her rhythms help us support our own. We are always in a living conversation with all of the celestial bodies and how they interact with our personal timing to help us access more potent moments in time to bring our vision and creations to life.
Cosmica connects us to something ancient — to the millions of humans across every civilization who have oriented their lives around the lunar cycle, who have used the new and full moons as the primary rhythm of creative and spiritual life, who understood what modern life has largely forgotten: that we are not separate from the natural world's intelligence. We are an expression of it.

Cosmica was born from my own personal journal practice with moon transits. As a designer, I couldn’t help but create a tool for myself to make this practice tangible — something I could hold and interact with throughout the year. I wanted to create a journal that felt structurally simple, yet expansive and intelligent. A timeless archival object with a modern edge that feels like art. A companion that could live alongside you and capture your visions through the year - big and small. The end creation became Cosmica, and something I wanted to share with others.
In a world that constantly forces us to look outward for our identity, desires, and dreams, I created Cosmica to help you look inward for what is truly alive in you, and give you a framework to bring your inner vision into material form and to understand your own rhythms.
I believe life benefits when we begin to see and live as God, Nature, the Universe created us. We all have our own unique gifts, our own personal timing within the Universe, and a singular way we are meant to express our creative energy. I hope Cosmica helps you to discover and celebrate this.

Yes! Once you access your virtual Studiolo through the link or QR code in your journal, you will be able to download your digital version within the Studiolo.

Each New & Full Moon when you receive a notification from your digital calendar, you will reference your birth chart to see which House the moon is transiting in your chart and the area of life you can set your intentions for.

In the Renaissance, nobles had private areas of study and contemplation called Studiolos. These Studiolos were where all kinds of study from Astrology, to Religion, to Art were stored and sacred items and artifacts were collected.
With your journal, you receive a virtual Studiolo where you will be able to access new resources we deliver each quarter or month.
